A Deed of Company Arrangement is an option available to a company in Voluntary Administration. A Deed of Company Arrangement the outcome of a proposal accepted by a company’s creditors.

These outcomes can include:

• A moratorium (or hold on payments) of the debts for a period of time.
• Paying less then the full amount to wipe out the debt.
• Enter into an installment arrangement with the creditors.
• A combination of the above.
